My Birthday

I don't normally make cupcakes, but considering it was my birthday, I wanted to eat something that I liked.  So, I made cupcakes and hollowed them out.  I then put chocolate pudding and cherry pie filling inside.  Then I piped the icing and added confetti in my favorite colors - pink and purple.  They came out so nice that I decided to take some pictures!! 

So this was my official birthday cupcake:

    Happy Belated Birthday, Friend! Love, love, love looking at all your cookies! The ballerinas were adorable. I just finished wedding cookies last weekend. Blessings to you and your family.
