Here are some cookies that I made for a lady who was retiring from her position as a postal employee:
I had so much fun making these!!! I knew I wanted to make trucks and mailboxes. So, with a couple of pictures from the internet as my guide, I was able to do them. I used an ice cream truck cookie cutter for the mail truck (just had to make a couple of small adjustments) and I made a template for the mailboxes. The square letters were supposed to be stamps. But the stamps didn't turn out that great! I saw some cute postage stamps that another cookie decorator had made online but my stamps weren't working out. They just didn't look like stamps! So, I turned the rest of the squares into letters. Oh, and as for the fate of the stamps that I made, they tasted yummy!!! :-)
